With over 20 years’ of experience, Joe prepares projects for construction through soil testing (site classifications), site and soil evaluations (onsite wastewater reports), erosion assessments (including DSMP), and Bushfire Hazard Assessment Reports and BHMP (Bushfire Hazard Management Plans). His understanding of Tasmania’s environment and soil conditions helps clients start their projects with the right foundations for a quality, long-lasting build.

As a full service pre-construction consultancy, we also work with external contractors to ensure all project bases are covered. This may include building surveyors, land surveyors, energy assessors and planning consultants.
