Our geotechnical engineering services include:

Soil tests (site classification)

A site investigation to obtain information about the soil at the location of the intended build to determine the foundation and footing requirements. It also gives details about the wind classification for the site. Parameters for both studies are determined by relevant Australian Standards.

Site and soil evaluation (onsite wastewater reports)

A site investigation to obtain information about the soil at the location of the proposed land application area for the purpose of wastewater disposal system design. The study is carried out in accordance with the relevant Australian Standard.
  • Bushfire Attack Level Assessments (AS 3959)

An assessment of the site to determine the level of bushfire hazard for the proposed building area. The Bushfire Hazard Assessment Report includes a bushfire hazard management plan and identifies the bushfire attack level (BAL) rating, which affects the building design.
